With the continuous development of power industry, power grid companies need to continuously enhance the level of operation and maintenance and customer service to respond to equipment failure recovery delay, diversification of customer demand for services and many other issues.Power information system played a big role to provide service. After ten years of rapid development, Chinese power grid companies'information system has been significantly improved. However, information systems were built at different times, built with different system architectures, all that not only create barriers for the systems to exchange information, but also hard for enterprise information systems to respond quickly to changing business needs. Service-oriented architecture have achieved platform-independent, loosely coupled characteristics, it is well suited to address the complexity of information systems interoperability between business problems and realize information exchange between systems.In this paper, we will describe how to solve the service integration problem a subsidiary company of GuangDong Grid meet. Firstly we analyze business model and the relationship with the service model, then we establish the business model of the business needs, and use standardized Service recognition to get service model by decompositing business model,gained service models include power shutoff alarm,archive sharing between systems,and so on. After then we implement all the services identified on combining the existing legacy information resources, we use BPEL Business Process Execution Language to do service compositionin, after all this done, we deploy all services to Enterprise Service Bus, to unify the management of these services. Lastly, the system was tested by a functional test and performance testing, completed the business requirements, information flow between systems and a series of collaborative cross-system business is running.The insight of this paper are as follows:firstly,we designed an efficient message transport model whick combined JMS with multithreading technology,which can bring reliability and expandability to system; secondly,by analysing business model well,we build the system using SOA architecture,archived low coupled services which can embrace the business change;lastly we use Protobuf as message transmitting media to avoid data structure changing and speed up the data sharing between systems.
