Automotive electronics gradually increased, the traditional point to point connection will waste a lot of body space and can no longer meet modern production requirements, therefore, field bus technology came into being, which leads to the fast increase in the automotive body wiring. Traditional point-to-point connection will waste much body space, which cannot meet the modern production requirements. Therefore, fieldbus technology arises at the historic moment. Under this background, LIN bus, facing low cost, low transmission rate, obtained a strong support of auto manufacturers. It is usually applied in the cost-sensitive and low rate trassimition electronic unit. The increase of electronic units also leads to a higher cost of battery energy. So, static current test has crucial significance for evaluating the quality of automobile electronic unit.The purpose of this project is to acquisite LIN bus signal and static current signal on vehicle electronic unit, and then to complete the function of signal decoding, analysis, and thereby giving quality evaluation. The entire system is based on SPARTAN, realized the application software and the measured signal seamless connection. LIN bus signals, the static current signals is acquisited by SPARTAN (data collector), and PC application software uses the API of COM components object to communication with SPARTAN. Application software also completed data decoding, data analysis, data storage, and other functions.First, the paper introduces some basic knowledge required for the LIN bus and the quiescent current knowledge; second, introduced SPARTAN data collector characteristics and common features, focusing on how the PC terminal application software objects provided by the COM component package to complete communication with the SPARTAN to achieve the collection, analysis of data purposes. And summed up this system in the electromagnetic compatibility of design experience, to improve system reliability; then LIN decode design, based on hierarchical, modular design, via the LIN state machine model the decoding program. In the quiescent current data analysis process, by monitoring the 1 point and 2 sleep sleep near the data, on average, to complete a quiescent current data analysis program. Finally, the system design and debugging process, the experimental procedure and results.This dissertation fullfiled the tasks of LIN bus and static current signal data collection and analysis on vehicle electronic unit, and the two indexes is evaluated. The complete system is of positive significance: one is that, it provides practical experience of building LIN bus data acquisition platform in our country. The other is that, completing bodywork data real-time monitoring and analysis plays an enlightenment function.The next research direction is the expension of the data acquisition system, involing the function of CAN bus data collection, and body temperature data acquisition, etc.
