In recent years, with the improvemen of people's living standard and great changes of dietary structure of our country, the demand for animal products is gradually growing, which adds the supply pressure of feed in the development of animal husbandry. Forage-saving animal husbandry is the development way of animal husbandry in the future. Additive silage plays a crucial roal in alleviating the contradiction between supply and demand of feed. But now, there are some problems about the spray method in the additive silage production,such as strong intensity of labor and low working efficiency, which reduces the silage nutritional value without mixing proportion, and Shortens the storage time.Aiming at the problems in the existing spray method of straw additive, taking 9Z-9A large straw silage machine made by Luoyang sida farm machinery Co., LTD as study carrier, AT89S52 SCM as controller, C language and KeilĪ¼Vision2 as software development platform, the paper designs a kind of variable spraying control system of silage additives of straw based on single chip microcomputer using automatic control technology, sensor technology and variable spraying technology, et al.Specific research contents and conclusions as follows:(1)In view of the problems existing in the present spray method of straw additive, put forward a kind of design proposal of variable spraying control system of straw silage additives according to the mixing proportion of straw and additive and feeding amount change of straw processing. Considering the randomness of straw feeding amount change, use the changes of Hello grass roller displacement and cutting knife spindle speed as signal source, namely double signal source control design scheme.(2)Taking 9Z-9A large straw silage machine made by Luoyang sida farm machinery Co., LTD as study carrier, working principle, detection model and control algorithm are given depending on structural feature of the machine.(3)According to the design requirements, the system is divided into four modules, signal detection and disposal, human-computer interaction, actuator control and sound-light alarm; design the hardware circuit of every module and make the PCB; compile the corresponding program using C language in KeilĪ¼Vision2. Softweare and hardweare are combined to test the function of every module and the whole variable spraying control system after success of debugging.(4)Through the system test verification, LCD can realize the function of real-time display,which can display flow inputed by keyboard in advance, rotate speed and displacement, et al; keyboard have the function of page turning, facilitating human-computer interaction;System can output certain control signals through D/A transformation and current amplification; As the liquid level is lower or higher than the set value, system can realize the acousto-optic alarm function.(5)With the help of vehicle-mounted herbicide machine developed by our college, flow control system was validated through experiment and experimental results were analyzed. The maximum error absolute value between real spraying volume and setting spraying volume was 7.57%, the minimum error absolute value was 1.61%, and mean error absolute value was 5.31% with rotate speed increasing by 1r/s; The maximum error absolute value between real spraying volume and setting spraying volume was 7.51%, the minimum error absolute value was 1.41% and mean error absolute value was 5.12% with rotate speed decreasing by 2r/s.Experimental results show that according to the changes of feed grass, system flow can be adjusted and variable spraying destination is realized with the changes of grass quantity through regulating the valve core control voltage of Electric actuated Ball valve.
