With the rapid development of economic and technological, our country in the field of science and technology make a spurt of progress, however, the demand of food safety and environment comfortable more and more high. So for the pesticide spraying process result in pesticide waste and environmental pollution problems, the paper put forth a based on touch screen of PWM variable pesticide spraying control system. The system can real-time collect the normalized vegetation index(NDVI) determines the amount of pesticide spraying, pesticide spraying system based on PWM signal generated by MCU. This paper can be introduced detail by the following aspects:Analysis of the current situation of domestic and foreign pesticide spraying system, puts forward the research of based on touch screen of PWM variable pesticide spraying control system design.Completed the system hardware design, main including:the design and implementation of touch screen control module, DC motor control module, GreenSeeker module, GPS module, speed sensor module, SD card information storage module, PWM signal driving module and so on. As a result of the serial port is limited, serial port expansion design is made.Based on nozzle flow experiment data, using two regression of central composite design method fitting out of the relationship between nozzle flow and pressure as well as the PWM signal duty ratio, the test results meet the design requirements.Completed the system software design, including:drivers procedure of every hardware module, nozzle flow fitting algorithm and system procedure.This paper introduces the hardware principle and the module circuit design, describes the principle of nozzle flow fitting algorithm, experimental analysis and results of testing, at the same time, the paper detailed introduce the system software design procedures and part procedure.
