With the development of communication, mobile phones bring great convenience for people's lives, but some problems we can not be overlook. The gravity has caused the people to take seriously. The communication shield instrument which was been widely applied. Limit of the device performance and working mode, existing instrument is high power consumption, large radiation hazards, shielding is not tight. In this paper, shielding device was researched under the application background of array antenna. The research idea and program of Shielding device based on the array antenna was described for the defects of exiting shielding device to achieve the beamforming and DOA estimation on the FPGA platform. The basic idea is to make full use of parallel processing capabilities of FPGA and build high-performance multi-core signal processing system. Hardware platform of shielding device was built to research and select the main function modules of the design. In the design, XC3S1400AN of Xilinx was chosen for the main platform and implemented the hardware system based on the application development of Altium Designer. The software of array graphics viewer was designed and implemented in the nonuniform arrays with the considering the effect of array factor and element factor of the array antenna, applied the analysis methods of antenna pattern and taking the array antenna as a transmitter. Schelkunoff binomial distribution will be considered to estimate the gain of each array element according to binomial distribution and better results can be achieved in the array of graphics viewer software. In the process of DOA estimation, array antenna spatial filtering was used to determine the relative position of the mobile phones which attempted to communicate. Research the MUSIC algorithm simulation. The results show that field of narrowband array and narrowband beamspace this algorithm is effective. In this paper, the key technologies of analyzed the development, the simulation results of the algorithm was shown. The DOA estimation and the DBF were implemented with better shield effect of directional beam.
