In this paper, continuous real-time wireless sensor network data acquisition system architecture was presented. Based on the architecture, a relatively complete "collection of distributed high-speed real-time communication protocol" was constructed. Based on Asynchronous Clock Collection, Plus-minus Average Mechanism, as well as Single Function of the Node, jitter of sampling intervals was optimized. A flexible and lightweight crystal oscillator drift compensation method was proposed to improve the independent crystal oscillator drift of distributed acquisition system; TDMA and CSMA / CA mechanism ensure that data packets are reliably received; CRC mechanism ensures that the data is correct;"Two-base mechanism"improves the success rate of packet reception; Exception handling improves the fault tolerance of the system. Through the simulation model, verification system and strain fatigue monitoring system of the real structure, the network architecture and communication protocol were verified. This architecture can achieve all nodes are synchronously to sample data, and real-time to transfer data to the monitoring center. This paper proposed"transfer node"to expand network covered distance. Command and synchronous packet are forwarded with the same delay; do not take up data channel bandwidth, the data packets of the sample nodes are transered rapidly; under the invariable sampling frequency, the sample nodes remote transmission the data packets. When using"transfer nodes"to construct wireless sensor network, this paper theoretically proved that all nodes can sample data synchronously and continuously.
