The Application Research Of IVS In Bank Digital Supervision Management Platform

Video monitor is always one of the most popular application technology, it can be used widely for its convenient information content. In recent years, as the rapid development of computer network with communication technology, digital picture process technology and multi-media technology, the intelligent monitor system can gradually replace the traditional monitor system and applied in the public such as airport, bus station, bank and hotel etc., playing an important role.Intelligent video surveillance system can real-time detect, recognize, and track moving objects in a special environment.Furthermore, it can also analyze and judge the behavior of objects. The aims of IVS are to understand the meanings of video stream and to explain the scenes comprehensibly, whereby guide the action and help people to make some decisions. As to intelligent video sur veillance, there are still many problems in both theoretical researches and practical applications. Large numbers of researchers devoted them selves to the area and have already made many progresses.In reacent years, application range and market demand of video surveillance increase gradually. How to integrate digital image processing, computer vision and pattern recognition etc.into conventional surveillance and design a smart surveillance system wich can consecutively and automatically monitor the moving objects and analyze, apprehend and manage the image sequences is one of hot research focuses.Now the research in this field abroad has reached to a high level, but it just begins in our country.This paper researches a video monitor system platform based on bank, firstly it designs the whole frame of the platform according to the performance demand and discussed the main function of platform implement; and then introduce the IVS module in the fourth and fifth section, especially the detail information of arithmetic; in the movement inspection part, it researches the movement inspection method base on the three-frame difference and background difference and also analyze the inspection effect and inspection speed through the test; in the target track part, it researches the track arithmetic based on Kalman filter forecast and mean deflect and also analyze the test result. At last, it introduces the platform implement including the implement of hardware and software, and sum up the implement result, performance merit with shortcoming. According to the future problems, put forward the expectation for the platform.This paper suitable for the monitor management of the bank system, it can change the bank simulate monitor system and fully used the intrinsic materials as well as applied in the safety area such as traffic and prison, achieving the excellent society benefit and economic benefit.
