| Currently,the mass media have penetrated into every corners of our information societyThe mass media which include newspapers,television,radio and online media provide all kinds of information to us all the time.At the same time,the media have made some behavior which lack of social responsibility.For example,create fake news,entertainment speculation,abuse the press's freedom.invase privacy,false advertising and media corruption are very common now.The media pay more and more attention to the interest with the industrialization of mass media and the maximize of economic benefits.Because of this,the media are losing the socia responsibility and fundamental attribute gradually.Vulgarization media products bring huge negative impact to the community and public.Now,this is a crucial period that the industrial, commercial, and entertainmental's mass media collide the media's social resposibility. In the current situation which lack Press Law,building the media's social responsibility evaluation system can develop a routine behavior code for the traditional meidia and constraint the media with the power of the whole society.This thesis analyses some media's phenomenon that absent of social responsibility and discusses the significance of the construction of the social responsibility evaluation system.Furthermore,it demonstrates the ideas and principles and try to put forward the basic content of the evaluation system.The thesis is composite of the introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction is mainy describes the purpose and significance of the paper.In addition,it includes the main achievements of previous studies.The text is devided into four chapters.The first part summarizes the historical origin of media's social responsibility,the traditional media's fundamental attribute and the social responsibility.The second part illustrates six categories that absent of media's social responsibility.The third part analyzes the requirements of the social responsibility evaluation system from the news system,laws,social requirements and media management.The fourth part puts forward the guilding ideas and basic principles of the social responsibility evaluation system,and try to sum the basic content of the evaluation system.The conclusion points that the social responsibility evaluation system can strengthen the media's social resposibility and improve its leading ability.Moreover,it is help to bulid a harmonious society in China. |
