The Study Of Psychological Contract Problems Of College Librarians In Hefei

Nowadays, China enters the important stage of social changes in which the education system reforms in a deeper level, the development strategy of education continues changing. So the college libraries are brewing a great reformation. The 2005 researches on the "psychological health of Chinese personnel" directed by China Manpower Exploitation Net and many famous media demonstrates that public enterprise is the third one in "the rank of 15 with the psychological problems ".the college libraries belong to public enterprise organizations. The Librarians who have potential psychological problems should be paid much attention to.In the education system reformation and neatening interior mechanism of the college libraries, the station of librarian as master has weakened. The conditions aggravate psychological obstacle of librarians. In a sense, this problem pays the cost of Chinese High Education in changed stage and the painful experience librarians have to go through.The psychological problems of Libran is related to the development of college libraries, as well as taken seriously and studied systematically. The directive departments and governors should pay attention to the psychological states of librarians, draw up people-oriented policies and systems; build a humanistic, relaxed and harmonious circumstance.The thesis employs the term of psychological contract in the investigation of psychological problems. On the basis of domestic and oversea researches on psychological contract and librarian, the thesis concludes the contents, the construct mode and the influenced factors of psychological contract between the college libraries and librarians through the methods of literature researches,quantitative analysis and questionnaire.The thesis makes researches on the contents of psychological contract of librarian in Hefei college libraries, analyzes psychological problems of librarian in Hefei college libraries, and discusses the dynamic construct means, the reasons to betray and collapse, and the contents of psychological contract. The thesis tries to find out the valid methods to solve the psychological problems of librarian in Hefei district.The author hopes to provide suggestions on the management of librarians in Hefei college libraries, and on the development of Hefei college libraries organization.
