Research On The Funtion Of The Network Political Socialization

The emergence of network technology change the people's way of life, it has made people free access to information and published idea in a virtual space. Compared with traditional media, the network's virtual sex, Interactivity, timeliness, efficiency and so on has made it in the political socialization of a more prominent role, it has changed the way of information transfer, promoted the dissemination of political culture, expanded channels of the political oversight and political participation. But it has also weakened the popularity of the mainstream media for efforts to control public opinion, made all kinds of false news online easily, expanded the "digital divide" and leaded to political participation of non-rational and non-regulatory. So government has taken various measures to control these negative aspects. In this paper, I will use political science, sociology, education and other subjects to analyze network of political socialization function, this article will discuss from five aspects.Part1:Preface. Introduces the origin and significance of the political and social's problems, domestic and foreign scholars to study political socialization, at the same time, analyzes the characteristic of the network society and the concept of the political socialization.Part2:Network function of political culture. Mainly from the political culture, the political values, the political attitudes to be addressed in three aspects.Part3:Analysis network and political institution's function from political communication and political system.Part4:Network function of politics participation. Describes the political participation's content, characteristics and the dual effects of online politics participation.Part5:The regulation of political socialization's function in the network society. First, Increases the network penetration and eliminates the "digital divider"; Second, improves network surveillance and network participation, makes the network become the service work of the government "platform". At last, the government should increase the transparency of the network and maintain the flow of information.
