The Leading Cadres Integrity Management System Design And Implementation

Human beings are the dominant factor in the traditional campaign of anti-corruption for CCP work style and clean governance construction. Yet with the development of modern society, the demand for anti-corruption from the people has grown increasingly by and large. So is the demand for enhancement of the party cadres'management, especially for the leading cadres.Based on the study about the Independent Management Systems for Party Cadres, the essay explores the usage of computer and network technology to manage the integrity information of Party Cadres, which can provide the relevant information for information collection, public presentation, information management, analysis and application. Such a system will help to further ensure the predictability, pertinence and effectiveness of Party Cadres Management so as to achieve the purpose of Party Cadres management standardization. As a part of activities to strengthen the CCP clean governance construction and also as the reference for observation and cultivation of the Party Cadres, it is an essential way for us to use high-tech to strengthen the fight against corruption in this new era of information-based society, all of which embodies the idea of"regime plus technology".The content of this study is an ongoing information project conducted by the author. With the help of the sophisticated computer data storage and management technology, It develops an independent management system, which will manage to maintain all kinds of information of the leading cadres, to conduct analysis and evaluation for the independent management risks, and which will also for relevant data analysis and data mining. As such, it is expectable to realize an effective supervision over leading cadres as well as prevention of corruption and crime.
