It was special for for the technical support functions. Through data collection, processing, storage and analysis, it was supported the requirements technical brokers. The system used Microsoft Visual FoxPro of the Microsoft visualization programming development tool. The system used its integrated development environment and various complaints to complete the operation of the database and make aesthetic generous software interface, operating system stability. In the dissertation, though the design of the system, it was provided a new technicque for the broking how to improve the efficiency and reduce the mistake of the business.
