With electricity requirement increasingly, steam turbine is gradually toward large-scale direction. Large turbine has high-capacity and big-force. Once units malfunction happens, it well not only cause huge economic loss, but also the possibility of a serious accident. Modern steam turbine should not only has high reliability, but also reliable safety protection measures. Then the Reliability of Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation is particularly important. In order to guarantee the reliability of Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation system, it need to be calibrated frequently.Traditional methods for TSI verification have some problems, such as poor real-time and high cost. The article design a new TSI verification system to solve the problems.In order to design a new Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation verification system the article researched the existing methods of TSI system verification, combination of development experience and used the embedded development technology. Major work of this article is belong:The software designing for TSI verification system which based on embedded systemIntroduced the structure and characteristics of the embedded system. Studies of several common embedded systems with their structures and respective advantages and disadvantages. Study of the embedded system task scheduling, task management and communication between tasks. Research theμC/OS-Ⅱsystem's transplantation, cutting and the realization of hardware driver. Introduces application design. Introduces the design of man-machine interface.The hardware designing for TSI verification system which based on embedded systemAnalysis of functional requirements for TSI verification system. Design the hardware architecture of TSI verification system. Divided the hardware system into several functional modules. Select the appropriate circuit components for the module. Design hardware circuit for each module by protel99.Comprehensive performance test and evaluation for TSI verification system which based on embedded systemTest the output channel by oscilloscope. The rusult show that the output channel can output waveform precisely. Testing by temperatures show that the TSI verification system can output signal stability. The TSI verification system can adapt to a more complicated temperature. Connection the TSI verification system with TSI To test the hardware and software system. The results show that the system can accurately simulate the sensor output。Provid effective signal for TSI verification system.The TSI verification system designed in the article output signal stability and precise. The new TSI verification system can solve the existing problem.The new TSI verification system has high value.
