Audit industry requires a wide range of knowledge, including professional knowledge and non-professional knowledge. Only auditors make comprehensive use of this knowledge, can the audit work go on successfully. But knowledge holders are dispersed. Audit industry lacks unified knowledge storage, through which audit industry can effectively organize all auditors with different abilites and different levels of knowledge, and fully extract great knowledge and make full use of it. As a result, a lot of energy and information has been wasted. In order to maximize improving the sharing of audit knowledge and raising the utilization rate of it. thus audit industry needs futher improvement to ameliorate the knowledge sharing situation, it is very necessary to developt a knowledge-sharing platform which can manage the audit knowledge an efficient way.Taking characteristics of the audit industry as starting point and combining with the actual demand, this thesis describes the development of the audit knowledge-sharing platform by use of.NET platform, C# and multi-tire structure. AJAX, EXT JS, Flex and so the current popular technologies.Frist of all, this thesis introduces the research background and significance, analyzes the current application status in knowledge sharing. Then, analyzes the overall demand of audit knowledge sharing from three aspects:the audit organizational structure, the features and sharing process of audit sharing knowledge. Thus, the knowledge sharing model is mentioned which is adapted to audit industry.Secondly, business functional requirements, non-functional requirements and users of the system are analyzed, and the use case diagrams of the system are also given by use of UML (Unified Modeling Language).Thridly, on the basis of requirement analysis, the system is divided and the function modules are designed. Meanwhile, after the static structure diagrams of the system are devised by using UML, they are transformed into databases of the system.Fourthly, the thesis mainly discusses the detailed design of the function modules, also gives the sequence charts of these modules. Finally, the running results of the system are presented. The system software is visual, concise and convenient to use and master. It can better reflect the customer requirement.
