Catenary is the main electrified railway power supply equipment, and has no backup, the condition of catenary has significant impacts on operation and safety, so it is necessary requirement of railway development to increase and improve catenary's detection technology.Detection technique of catenary be divided into mobile testing and monitoring of fixed-point type. Common contact detection and non-contact detection are all mobile detection, they can complete the fault detection by various equipment mounted on the catenary vehicle. The catenary's fixed-point detection technology, not only compensate for the limitations of mobile detection technology, but also is all-weather, unattended, real-time monitoring and so on.The main work is to complete the design of software for catenary fixed-point monitoring system, the software includes the design of software for the image processing and the sensor. First is image processing software design, the processes of its work are as follows:collectting by the the camera of system to obtain high-definition images of wire, catenary wire, catenary pillars, track, background information and so on,sending the original image into computer, then using the image decompression, format conversion, image binarization processing, image filtering and enhancement, extraction of feature information, picture edge and other steps together to get target image, processing the image similarity computing using the target image and the normal state after the same treatment, when similar less than the minimum limit, and the judge ruling out the case for the error, issuing a warning signal. Following is the sensor software design, the principle is that:collecting analog signals of catenary pressure, wind, temperature, wind speed and tilt angle pillars by the system's sensors, obtaining by the digital after A/D conversion, comparing the digital content with the corresponding limits, when more than limit, and the judge ruling out the case for the error, issuing a fault message. Finally, sending the message and picture to the control center through a wireless communication module of the system.The thesis completed the computer simulation basis on finished software design, firstly utilizing common fault such as catenary disconnection, catenary foreign body, rail surface foreign body and catenary pillar tilt to do simulation for image processing software design, and then using pressure, angle, temperature, wind speed and other parameters to implement simulation for software design of sensor.
