Precise level measurement is an important source of industrial data acquisition currently; Products'precision and industrial test precision are directly affected by the degree of the data precision. But there are many defects with the current level measurement method, such as low measurement precision, bad measuring conditions, measuring object restrictions and short sampling frequency. As to these problems, based on several widely used measurement methods, this paper designs a control circuit with single-chip microcomputer using laser as light sources, and designs the interface of real-time control parts on PC by VB, with optical triangle as measured displacement method and the advanced laser displacement sensor. At last, measured data are analyzed.Research results show that the detection system designed can realize real-time and long time to collect variable data, which can be shown in PC at the same time, by the curve and numerical form. It makes the results more intuitive and easier to control. This real-time and on-line detection system can be not only used in this application, but also other situations that require accurate precision and micro-instance measurement.
