Design Of Automatic Intelligent OMR

In order to solve the existing low efficiency and poor accuracy problem of traditional OMR, this paper presents a design of automatic intelligent OMR, which integrates image acquisition, data exchange, information recognition technology. It collects information card image by CIS optical system, transfers data through the USB interface, and then identifies the card image markers in the computer.Design of automatic intelligent OMR is divided into two parts, image acquisition and image recognition. The image acquisition completes hardware design of controller circuit, stepper motor drive circuit, image acquisition circuit, USB communications circuits and the development of related drive programme. The image recognition realizes the image preprocessing and marker identifying. Image preprocessing mainly carries out grayscale, binary, noise reduction, skew correction of the image.In the application, automatic intelligent OMR greatly reduces request on the production and fill of information card, improves the recognition speed and rate.
