As the key equipment of underground coal mine drainage system, central pumping station carries out the important task of coal mine production safety. Therefore, the design of underground pumping station monitoring system with high reliability, high stability is an efficacious solution to current mine production safety.In this paper, the central pumping station for the underground line monitoring and automatic control is discussed. In reference to the current underground pumping control system, a system based on embedded industrial computer and CAN bus is presented. A water level sensor and underground coal mines Pump local control system is also designed.This design of a coal mine gas with water level sensor is designed in strict accordance with industry safety standards<MT/T 825-1999 mine water level sensors general technical conditions>. In the design, selection of imported high-precision, high stability, pressure sensors into the core body of liquid level sensors to detect water storage level, make the water sensor overcome shortcomings: poor accuracy, easy to shift and improve the stability of the sensor.This local control system selects embedded industrial computer as itscontrol center, uses embedded graphics systemμC/GUI as a software platform, and selects ethernet communication technology to achieve communication between the local control device and the control center. On the hardware side, NXP embedded industrial computer NetEPC-2300 is used as the control center, which realizes current and voltage signals acquisition and CAN bus. In communications, the use of UDP protocol realizes communication between control centers. In terms of software, embedded graphics systemμC/GUI importing to LPC2300, achieves a local control system on-site graphics.
