In recent years, China's affording more efforts to support schools and implementing maximize support to school education, considering students'health in the school, the state allocated for a large number of funding to establish school hospital institutions, equipped with advanced equipment, which has provided effective protection for students'health. With the rapid increase in pharmaceutical products, hospital management gradually got dwarfed, so in order to complete effective management for the hospital drugs, the hospital first introduces computer information technology, combining with the practical business model, designed the drug's storage and export management system.This paper has analyzed the systematic design process, and has a clear idea of the overall design. At the beginning of this paper, it described the background on the system development, also studied the detail work of this paper and the development of the system. Then, analyzed the overall demand for users of the system deeply, implemented module type studies to the system which determined the system's implementing technology and overall capabilities. Then described the overall framework of the system and analyzed the framework implementation techniques of the system. Again has a detailed design of the system, clear the concrete realization of the system. It mainly study the specific function when realize the whole system, the system shows the activity diagram correspondingly, the effect diagrams, and part of the code. At the final of this text, it made a detailed prospect analysis on the system. This paper investigates the development background of drugs in storage and export management system, using the Unified Modeling Language UML as the description language and constructs the B/S structure of the software design. It integrates the use of the J2EE framework, involving the DAO technology which separates the underlying data access logic from business logic, using the Struts framework, and separates the view from business logic, data model.The system implements the entire drugs out of storage management functions, mainly constituted by basic information management, inventory management, drug management, storage management, a database management function, comprehensive statistical management. The basic information management system implemented some of the basic information related to the effective management and maintenance; Realized the drugs' out of storage management functions; Through the summary of drug information of the storage, order information summary, returns inventory information and other summary, it realized the data analysis management; Completed the information of drugs' out of stock alerting; System maintenance and management ensured a variety of data integrity, timeliness and accuracy, the main data dictionary, system permissions management, system log management, data maintenance and management functions etc.Drugs out of storage management, design and implementation of the system provides a full range of three-dimensional management model, the function of the system give convenience to staff who works for the drugs' out of storage. The implementation for drug Management System out of storage will be a library, make the storage processes more convenient, more rigorous, not only increase the working efficiency, but ensure that the common working problems avoid a loss, also make feedback and guidance to all aspects of the item in time.
