For reference of the western advanced science and technology, with the invention of the new style bibliography, it had attained the complementary advantages between the traditional bibliography and the one in recent modern times, in addition to the transition between the above.The bibliography in the period of the Republic of China owns a great different feature thanks to the special times, for it would present different traits in different times. It gained great achievements play a significant role in the development of the bibliography, drawing conclusion for the previous generation and enlightening the future.
