The Research Of SOA-Based Inspection System

With the transformation of government functions, e-government is more and more national attention, and the requirements of e-government system's performance are increasing by community. At present there are some e-government system applications, but also some defective with these applications not only on scalability, interoperability and adaptation to user's needs, but also on duplication, the formation of "information islands" and the long development cycle of new applications. The maturity of the thought SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) provides a new opportunity to us. At the same time, the e-government system is moving into a new era by the development of mobile devices and wireless communication technology.In this paper, one model of developing Mobile e-Government system based-on SOA has been put forward. As the basis of "gold projects" of Henan Special Inspection Institute, the paper elaborates the design and development process of the Portable Electronic Inspection Mobile e-Government system. First, the situation of e-government applications in current China has been introduced, and the idea of developing e-government system using SOA was proposed. Second, the paper introduce the basic theory of SOA, it is about the concepts of SOA, the architecture, development model and the key technologies of SOA implementation. Third, the paper study the development model of SOA based on service contracts, and elaborate the importance of service contracts and the way to achieve. The last, this paper introduces the design and implementation of the electronic inspection system. And elaborate the process of design and implementation.The significance of this article is that it provides a new method to development m-government applications by introducing the design and implementation of the portable electronic inspection system. And this will offer a good reference to other mobile e-government system development.
