With the rapid development of telecommunication business, China Telecommunications Corporation advocates strategic reform. It proposes that 114 information service system should work as a comprehensive information service operator, but not as a basic internet operator as usual. The significant moves in reforming Zhejiang Telecommunications Corporation working system is that Zhejiang 114 information service system will be proved to be a comprehensive information service system in clothing, food, housing, transportation and so on. After the reformation, Zhejiang 114 information service system is not only a directory assistance but also a comprehensive information service center.There are some reasons why we carry out this reformation. On the one hand, the traditional 114 Information service system and the No. 10000 system share the same working bench. Information of different cities only can be saved in the local memory equipment.On the other hand, with the rapid development of telecommunication business, the range of information service becomes wider and wider. It urgently needs a multi-function and sharable working system to announce the correct information.
