The Research Of Voice Service Optimization In The High-speed Railway GSM Network

China Railway implemented the sixth speed increase formally on April 18th,2007 when the CRH high speed multiple units called the "Harmonious" was driven. Because of CRH bodywork' good seal, high loss, fast train speed, there is a big drop in the quality of communications. We set down a technology plan in the network optimization of high speed railway.This paper puts forward the estimation method of GSM overlapping coverage- distance and gives the traffic net absorption prediction method of GSM high speed railway base stations. According to the BSC ownership and LAC setting principle, handover relationship setting principle, frequency planning principle, cell channel allocation principle, cell parameter setting principle, switch parameters setting principles, this paper puts forward seven different scene solutions of high-speed railway GSM coverage. The feasibility and validity of the solutions have been proved in the Zhegan High-speed Railway. This paper gives the methods to resolve the problems in the Zhegan High-speed Railway signal cover optimization.
