Since the resumptive inception of postal savings in 1986, after 20 years of development, China Postal Savings Bank now has 36,000 networks, it is the largest financial institutions with most networks. Other banks are difficult to replicate the powerful advantage of networks of Postal Savings Bank. However, there are many issues in networks of Postal Savings Bank currently, such as unstandardized management, the nonunity standard, inadequate service, so the transformation of networks'functions is urgent.Under the new circumstances, it is the important and urgent task of Postal Savings Bank to accelerate the construction of networks'functions and provide better financial services to the customers for enhancing market competitiveness. In line with the overall strategy of networks'transformation, resolve the problems of management of Postal Savings Bank and optimize resource allocation, it needs a system platform, which we call the network information management system, to integrate data, information of networks, carry out unified management and concentrated expression.Network information management system manage synthetically the basic information of 36,000 networks of China Postal Savings Bank. Through the collection of the networks'basic datas, the system can achieve classification, summary, statistics of a variety of data materials, and produce the relevant statistical tables and analysis charts. Development and operation of the system will be a better basis for the implementation of "standardization, timeliness, consistency" management of networks information, and improve management efficiency and level of the networks of the Bank.This thesis takes the network information management system as the objective for the study, it makes the demand analysis of key business requirements based on business requirements, and gives he overall design of the system according to the demand analysis, and makes the detailed design of part of the function modules.As the achievement of this thesis, the system has carried on the on-line marketing in the China Postal Savings Bank, it can keep up the specific data of networks'operations at any time and provide the timely, effective and scientific assistance support for the comprehensive management of the networks of Postal Savings Bank. The system function will be further improved with further research and the continuous maintenance and improvement of the system.
