The grid is another important scientific and technological progress after internet, and known as the third generation of the Internet following the traditional Internet and World Wide Web after,with the aim building dynamic and the dummy organizations based on the resources and the environment of distributed heterogeney,autonomous network,and realizing cross-domain resource sharing and resource coordination in its internal. So that effectively meet the complexity of Internet applications for large-scale computing power and large data processing needs.In today's information age, with modern networks, intelligent teaching environment and digital teach&research campus is a necessary condition and important symbol for building first-class university. Grid technology provide a powerful solution for article management, scheduling and using of the many campus network idle data resources, storage resources, and scientific instruments and other resources.This paper firstly introduces the basic concept of grid, characteristics and classification ,domestic and international research status and development trend, and focuses on the core grid computing, namely network Grid task scheduling algorithm,from the grid architecture, middleware, and resource scheduling strategy set,and then briefly introduces the grid simulation tool GridSim.Based on above research study ,this paper put forward a campus grid models using a genetic algorithm (GA) algorithm and minimum completion time (MCT) of the hybrid genetic algorithm for grid task scheduling model according to Wuhan City vacational College's status . Using laboratory cluster system, it set up this efficient grid model,and build system platform,and using emulation tools to realize emulation,especially for grid load balancing emulation, while analysing the objective of emulation results .
