As web office becomes more and more popular, people pay more and more attentions on the security of network.In this paper we focus on PKI technique. Using PKI technique in file transmission system can achieve file transferring in security. The Security File Transfer system can guarantee the content-confidentiality, integrity and non-deny of the sender and the receiver. Using symmetry key to encrypt the file, we can achieve the content-confidentiality. Using the Hash value of the file, we can achieve the integrity. The receiver construct the Hash value of the file which has received from the sender, and compares its Hash value with the Hash value which it has received from the sender. Using signature technique, we can achieve non-deny of the sender and the receiver.The system consists of key management system and file transmission system. The key management system consisted of CA, certificate library and Certificate Revocation. The file transmission systems consist of file transmission management, task management, security transaction management, configuration management and user management.In the file transmission management subsystem, users can send and receive a file. In the security transaction management subsystem, file will be encrypted, signed and a Hash value of the file also will be created.In the user management subsystem, the administrator can add or delete a user, but a new user can not register in.Using the PKI technique, we can achieve the voice of customer very well. The file transmission system which we have realized can provide a safe file transmission environment for the customer.
