The Development And Implementation Of The System Of Bankers' Acceptances

As the economy of china develops and bill credit is being used more and more, the bill which serves as an modern instrument of payment clearing gains more and more favors. As for banks, it is of great significance to promote bill business. As a result, with the gradual extension of bills, the demands for bill will boom further and the competition in this trade will be fiercer as well. The changing situation puts higher requirement on the development of bill business.In order to make full use of bill business resources, to improve business profits, strengthen competitiveness and steadily speed up the bill development healthily, the Management System of Bank Acceptance Bill in Wenzhou Branch of China Construction Bank has been designed, explored and completed based on J2EE structure. Before its birth, we have analyzed the business demands, designed the framework and data, explored the functional modules and carried out system integration and tests. The content is as follows:(1)based on present credit management system, this paper anylises some existing shortages in the bank, such as too many departments and positions under this system, the structure model of multi-system"branch+ regional branches+ Sales department"and frequent changes from system demands. As a consequence, we make a deep research on present web communicating techniques, the common use of system and encryption techniques. By using B/S model, we give full play to the advantage of B/S model which is called"deployed at one place, used everywhere".(2)We have compared the practical effects of using various data techniques and sorted out common processing procedures of bank acceptance bill management system. At last, we complete the design of bank acceptance bill management system which is based on J2EE structure.(3)Based on the above, we combine the features of other business, plan and design related system platform which inject bank acceptance bill management system to other business systems. Besides, according to the demands of management and business extension, we construct every functional module of the system and design and carry it out. Then, we explore the business independently and modularly which will not lead to reform of other business modules.The practice of the system integrates every resource in each department in our bank, speeds up information circulation, modifies the office procedures and improves working efficiency.
