Grid Construction Enterprises Materials And Equipment Information Management System Design And Realization

As the progress of Electrical-Grid (EG) project construction becoming faster and faster in recent years, it is a link in the chain which is complex in management, and with a large amount of data, but really important in daily management in EG Construction Co.--the management of materials and equipment. For the particularity of EG project construction, the staffs have to work in the field in a long-term; also the work itself is wide and long front. It is need in the construction which includes a great deal of materials, equipment and construction machinery. The lacks of management always result in excessive loss and poor efficiency in daily works.This thesis uses the new management idea, the new method and the new technology, such like the'5S'management theory, the six Sigma theories and so on, including standardized management, combing with restoration in workflow, development and application of informationization technology and so on, thus improves the staff skill quality, the realization business management innovation. At the same time, it develops a set of new commodity equipment information management system software, substitutes for traditional artificial statistical way, thus the enhancement work efficiency and the rate of accuracy, reduced the probability which occurs wrongly, avoided losing, and through the electronic filing-up which created because of the written records recording breakage or the loss, facilitated staff's daily inquiry, the recording and the management.This system considered the material, the machines and tools, the equipment third-class commodities, and they have respectively different commodity attributes. Therefore it carries on the definition and the management separately in the commodity attribute and the service flow. The software design unified the '5S' management theory, the six Sigma theories and so on in the practical work management thought, and causes it to become in the software translation process the guiding ideology. It optimizes the software function module, reduces the system resources the waste. Then by using the modeling software, it builds the basic model of software. And finally, the software is realized by using SQL Server. This thesis is for the purpose of making the HCI of software fitting our work demands, and making sure the feelings of users become more and more friendly. It realizes the superior effect business management through the software development. It unifies the advanced theory and the software development, and it also optimizes the daily supervisory work.
