Library management system is today's digital age and development trends of a job. the management system for their work and the service of the management, quality work and efficiency. the use of the library management system has been unable to adapt to new form of management, unable to meet the demand figures modern management and management and service by the way the development of modern management services. This article in chongqing and technology institute library management system for study and practical work combined with my experience and research at the automated system for the use of intelligent management and the management of the intelligent administration of a better service to the reader.This thesis, based on the reality of current library automation management significance, choose the RUP-based software engineering development technology, SQL Server 2005 as the database manage system , ASP.NET as the web development technologies, and build the inner book store management system which design model is B/S. First, the analysis of the library automation management study the situation at home and abroad, and detailed analysis of the unit of employees of Random House book store management system for the detailed requirements; Secondly, on the basis of the detailed requirements to software engineering ideas, and using UML sequence diagram and a series of graphic design of the book store management system, and coding and testing work carried out. Finally, the current library automation management and information technology requirements, set out the future maintenance of the system to several aspects need to be considered, puts forward the problem to be solved and future directions.In this system, the main achievement of the collection of books information, namely, Random House unit of a query for all library collections; loan (return) of books, readers to complete the designated borrow books (return) task; check personal loan information, the designated individual readers queries record to borrow books, showing the reader the information of all books borrowed; and system management functions. Through this study, in order to construct a set of Chongqing University of Science and Technology Random House unit and workers to adapt to the development needs and services in the Modern Library administrator readers integrated management system, further change the management of Random House employees, services, optimize their management, improve resource utilization to meet user information needs, improve service levels to employees of China's emerging digital resource management integration in Random House Solutions.
