Corporate Income Tax Design And Implementation Of The Warning System

Corporate income tax early warning system (hereinafter referred to as the "Early Warning System") project in 2010 in Fujian Province is one of the key software development, I refer to the whole process of software development and design. The system follows the requirements of the State Administration of Taxation-"Golden Tax Project", through integrating of massive tax-related data, analyzing of economic and tax between macro and micro analysis of tax-related behavior, which will contribute to strengthening the tax base control, and promote tax balance, forecasting revenue trends, as collection and management of long-term mechanism to implement, and promote scientific and precise management of taxes, improve quality and efficiency of tax administration to provide technical support. The corporate income tax evaluation system as a framework to build one set of early warning and assessment information management system.The system is based on ASP.NET programming language, and B/S based three-tier structure, to develop the Fujian Provincial corporate income tax warning system. the system can achieve following functions: initialization, data extraction, index analysis, tax assessment of object identification, handling tax assessment process, integrated query and system maintenance. Initially built a system which use CTAIS2.0 system as the background, design scientificly, comprehensive, concise and practical enterprise income tax assessment of early warning information processing and working platform for the realization of corporate income tax levy fine control, standardization, scientific foundation.This thesis is divided into six parts to introduce the system, the first part is a general overview of the system. Second part analyzes the key business needs and technology. Third part describes how the design is based on business and technology needs of the development , and finally part is the running instance and instructions.
