Modern society has entered the era of E-commerce. Great changes have taken place with the interactive mode of customers and Enterprises. In order to retain customers, companies must understand all aspects of the customers'needs. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a development strategy of customer-centric, which has taken by Enterprises to maintain the competitiveness.At present, in the process of using the CRM software, many enterprises not only need to purchase hardware and software but also need to maintain them. It requires high costs. SaaS (Software-as-a-service), a new software services model, insteads the discrete software buy out model with centralized software rental model. It provides the possibility to reduce the cost of purchase and maintain the one-time hardware and software. The rise of SaaS model CRM software thanks to its low cost and accessibility. Compared with traditional CRM software, SaaS-based CRM software is easier to implement.The data which has relationship with customer's acts is the fundamental of CRM. A lot of important information is hidden in the data. Due to technical limitations, we can't obtain these important informations quickly and effectively. Data mining is a knowledge discovery technology, which comes into being to solve this problem. As data mining shows a strong potential in the business applications, CRM integration with data mining has a very broad propects. The association rule mining is an important type of data mining. It is a process which extracts intersting frequent patterns from a large number of data. The purpose of association rule mining is to discover the relationship between business items. The wide applications in business, finance and other fields make it an important area in data mining.This thesis introduces the research background and its significance, and then presents the basic knowledge and the recent advance of CRM, SaaS, data mining and association rules. Based on in-depth analysis the features of CRM which under SaaS service model, a CRM system with the actual situation of a footwear company is designed which has a characteristic of SaaS service model. After in-depth understanding the basis of the apriori algorithm for association rules, we apply it in CRM of a footwear company to mine association rules from the customer data and achieve its application in a footwear company through the relevant program and data.
