As the development of embedded technology and the Human-machine interface of technology,the requirement for electronic measuring and instrument technology meets a new high. The requirement for velocity and accuracy of testing is inevitable, the object for measuring is getting more and more complicated. As a result, the traditional manual measure cannot meet the practical requirement. the analog data and the digital data are collected by MCU, which communicate with the Human-machine interface of embedded system, although this technology, measure system that the interface is friend and the operation is easy and the working is reliable and accuracy and velocity meets the requirement can come true. This paper is focused on the embedded Human-machine interface system of bearing bush for height and depth of parallelism.The bearing bush is an important component of engine, the best important parameters of the bearing bush are height and depth of parallelism. Which directly affect the quality and the lifespan of engine, which even cause an accident, so the measuring work for height and depth of parallelism of the bearing bush is very necessary. At present, the most domestic manufacturers of the bearing bush use the manual-measure way, whose work intensity is heavy, and accuracy and efficiency of measure is low, and this way is easy to be influenced by environment and contrived factors. In order to improve accuracy and efficiency of bearing bush, it is necessary to research and develop an automatic measure system of height and depth of parallelism of bearing bush.First of all, the paper analyses the measure principle of grating, and introduces the direction and subdivision technology of grating in detail. Though the analysis of the measure requirement of bearing, the paper designs analog circuit that implement the direction of grating, and the paper implements the grating subdivision by the MCU software. And then, the paper provides the serial communication protocol between MCU and embedded upper computer, and introduces the software implementation of the MCU serial. Then, this paper introduces the hardware design of the embedded upper computer, and introduces the establishment of application platform(including the establishment of cross-compliling environment, the installment of Bootloader, porting of linux kernel, root file system, driver and file system of touch screen and Qt), finally, the serial communication and information interaction of human machine interface in the embedded upper computer are implemented.
