With the rapid development of network technology and the quick popularization of multimedia applications, network technology advances everyday, which made network application types and the number of network users growth explosively. Compared with the traditional business, multimedia data services such as video, VoIP, distributed applications with a lot of characteristics, for example, large amount of data, sensitive to the quality of data transmission, a long time of duration and so on. The characteristics of multimedia applications put forward high requirements to the network that not fast enough. Given the current network that lacks of a comprehensive QoS guarantee mechanism, we propose a subject of the QoS control technology research and implementation based on services classification.According to the characteristics of each business of the network, which with a variety of business, this paper researches the Internet network service traffic identification method. The business identification method based on Port identification and DPI is proposed to implement the explain of businesses; As every business has different QoS requirements, we need to distinguish the business with different levels; This paper proposed a QoS traffic control model based on service classification to supply forwarding services of different levels, and used a novel design of forwarding model: token bucket + Improved DWRR + PQ scheduling module. In this module, an improved DWRR algorithm is proposed and introduced.Based on the research and implementation of business identification, service classification and QoS traffic control technology, a new QoS flow control structure is proposed. This structure is depended on the identification and classification of business and scheduling and forwarding of business with priority, so as to meet the QoS requirements of business. This paper uses the TC tools on Linux, and do some configurations and changes to implement the model that satisfies the design requirements.
