The Design Of A Measurement System Of Run-Out Tolerance For Large Diameter Rocket Bomb

The design of a new measurement system of run-out tolerance for large-diameter rocket bomb is discussed in this article. This system is approved by capturing CCD images then using digital image processing technique to calculate the run-out tolerance of the rocket bomb.The working mechanism and structural layout of the measurement system is mainly discussed and the design and selection of the components of the system is introduced in detail. Fine structural design and appropriate component selection formed a solid basis for data acquisition and processing. The measurement system analyzing run-out tolerance of the rocket bomb by processing captured images is based on digital image processing technique. By processing the simulation data and analyzing factors that influence the accuracy of the system, conclusions can be made that the measurement system design is feasible and accurate.
