Tracking servo system plays an essential role in laser communication system.Ground-station optical and electrical tracking system has many significant features.such as wide tracking speed range.high tracking stability, high tracking and positioning accuracy,so it is widely used in laser communication.This paper does a research 'on optical and electrical tracking control technology, makes a summary of ATP requirements of laser communication and development of ground station optical and electrical tracking control unit, gives analysis of the factors which affect the servo system performance,and does mathematical modeling and simulation for the whole system. Mainly to complete the analysis and design of position loop and speed loop for ground optical tracking servo control unit.and analyze the factors that affect the loops. the system Steady-state design and Compensation Design also be finished in this paper.the system tracking precision result shows good by Equivalent sine Authentication.all of above lays the basis for ground optical tracking servo control technology in air laser communication.
