With the rapid progress of science and technology, the fast development of modern information technology and the higher demand with the results of processing information which people are willing to get, the information that will be processed increase immensely. At the same time, the digital signal processing is gaining more and more widespread attention and application because of its unique hardware and excellent performance with the rapid progress in DSP technology, especially in real-time image processing it plays an even more prominent role. This paper analyzed the structural characteristics of TMS320DM642, and then constructed TMS320DM642+FPGA to the core to build real-time online multi-channel signal detection processing system. We also described the system structure which is composed of the main controller FPGA and DSP processor in detail, completed DSP core circuit, memory expansion circuit and video image acquisition interface circuit, made detailed analysis for the main module circuit principle and temporal logic, gave the hardware design of the main circuit and presented the program flow charts of main modules after studying, finally, we completed the system functional testing and simulation. This paper's main work is to combine TMS320DM642 with FPGA effectively, they will play their respective advantages and overcome their disadvantages in the course of the real-time online processing system, significantly enhance the online detection of the system to improve the detection efficiency. To combine the study of this system with China's current status of missile production's online testing is very important and even far-reaching impact for the country's defense industry.
