In modern society, NaOH is an important industrial raw material. It plays an important role in the economy and society. it is widely used in petroleum, paper, textile, printing, dyeing, washing and other industries. Western regions are rich in salt, and you can give full play to its advantages in resources, and change it into NaOH.Modern industrial NaOH is generally produced by electrolysising the salt. NaOH is an important product in Zhongtai and the production equipment also increasingly puts forward production safety and economic operation requirements. For the control system,the requirements are production safety and must ensure the continuity and the flexibility of production adjustment, etc.To meet the requirements of this design, the safe, reliable, advanced industrial technology and better control scheme is undoubtedly very important.Zhongtai now has a production ability of 150 thousands tons every year, according to the development planning, it built a set of NaOH production equipment, which has a production ability of 150 thousands tons every year.According to the design and implementation of NaOH production control systems, this paper discusses the NaOH DCS control system design and implementation.Firstly, based on the discussion of the NaOH process diagram and control system, the system structure and its hardwares are introduced in this paper.Secondly, PID automatic control principles and common of PID parameter tuning are discussed.Thirdly, the control configuration, monitor displays configuration, historic data-base sampling and category configuration technique are demonstrated in detail.Fourthly, this paper discusses the configuration method of commonly program modules and several typical interlocks control program design. The paper focuses on the DCS system configuration design, and is used in valve 1FV2103, valve 3FV2301, flaker machine and the pump control, and realizes the various valve and electric equipment interlocks control. At the same time, the friendly interface is realized. The design meet the require of NaOH production finally.
