As the rapid development of the Internet in the worldwide, net citizen is increasing rapidly, vast amount of information also shows a explosive growth, its' influence is more and more extensive and profound. The network public sentiments not only affecting every member of the network society, but also posing a challenge to the current government management. Facing a series of network public sentiments, how could do the local government?
