The measurement scheme of the concentration of oil field,the fixed compensation algorithm and the monitor procedures and overall structure of the whole system are studied in this paper.The crude oil content is found by using the properties of gamma rays in the concentration;The method of chaotic PSO-BP neural network is proposed to compensate for the concentration value in the compensation of method,when thinking about the impacted factors of oil concentration such as temperature and pressure; The program and overall structure of monitor system are designed and the further research is done in the algorithm compensation.Finally a real-time oil concentration monitor system is designed. The system combines the knowledges of automatic detection technology, distributed information collection and processing technology, wireless communication technology, software control and algorithm optimization.and it has low cost, power consumption, fast processing speed, etc. In addition the system has strong reference in other related technology applications.The oil field monitor system are depthly researched and designed in the following aspects in this paper:(1) The absorption characteristics about the gamma-ray to crude oil and composition characteristics of crude oil are studied in this chapter.Then according to the characteristics and principles a based on the gamma-rays measuring method is proposed to use for checking water and gas contained in crude oil,so later they are used to calculate the concentration of crude oil.(2) By analyzing the factors of crude oil concentration,then a hybrid neural network algorithm is proposed to optimize the various factors of affecting the crude oil concentration.the specific contents of this algorithm are researched and designed in detail.Finally the reasonable simulation figures of the training results are given by experiments.(3) The oil field geographical environment is researched and analyzed in the chapter, and according to the characteristics of the environment) a distributed monitor system has been designed.And the core of processors is MSC1210.This system is mainly composed of transferstation units,detector units,temperature and pressure units,and the microcontroller core of every parts all all MSC1210.The selection of the various parts of the hardware has been studyed carefully,and the functions and characteristics of each unit has been detailly analyzed yet.Including data picking circuit,the watchdog control circuit,display drivercircuitry and information processing,the wireless transmission circuit etc.(4) The many factors are studied and analyzed in the monitor system.And according to corresponding interference,the reasonable software anti-interference measurment and denoising method are given.Finally, the research and analysis are done about designing principles of the control system and development of the hardware and software to lay the foundation for further improving the monitoring system.
