As the telecommunications industry to finalize the restructuring plan, the three telecom operators have received a full-service qualifications, including the fixed telecommunication services, mobile telecommunication services, fixed and mobile Internet services, ICT services, media services and advertising business. Restricted by the policy and the competitive environment, the Chinese mobile Internet (CMNET) has not been large-scale construction, most of the provinces is only extended to the CMNET to the city center, individual provinces extended to Counties, only Providing access to government and enterprise customers,SMS,GPRS and other services. With the changes in the pattern of full-service competition, China Mobile started building Optical Access Network, CMNET MAN need to consider the personal broadband access, PON equipment access, WLAN hot spot access, IDC access and other business Requirements, CMNET MAN urgently need to be adjusted in the optimization of the network structure, bandwidth capacity and Access Technology for multi-service. With the PTN network construction, Data network and transmission network will be gradually integrated,,also requires optimal adjustment of CMNET MAN architecture.This paper analyzed the CMNET MAN problems in the construction, predicted the various business to access the data network, identified the goals of the CMNET MAN, proposed recommendations on the structure of MAN and provided guidance for future network construction. This paper also focused on serveral issues:VLAN planning, QOS planning, IP address planning, authentication and billing,network management, analyzing the Zhejiang Mobile's network and developed a complete network plan for future network construction.
