Analysis And Design Of BEPS System In Agricultural Development Bank Of China

China's National Advanced Payment System(short for CNAPS) is an important application which developed and maintained by the people's bank of China for dealing a variety of payment services and fund settlement on remote or on one city, and which can also work on capital market. The system can be divided into Bulk Electronic Payment System (short for BEPS) and High Value Payment System(short for HVPS), and HVPS is credited to paid in real time and settlement of funds individually in real-time, so which could not meet the needs of modern economic activities. The BEPS is designed for supporting varieties of payment tools. BEPS provide large-amount and low-price payment services for society. It will promote financial services of whole society. Connection to BEPS of commercials banks is an integrated plan of the people's bank of China, as well as a need of competition.This paper discusses constructing the inner system to connect BEPS based on current information system framework of commercial banks, and through these to propose a solution to BEPS of commercial banks. The paper can be divided into four parts:in the first part, the author introduced the interface program between the people's bank of China and the commercial banks which proposed by the people's bank of China, and the program is the standard of commercial banks'BEPS, all BEPS must compliance it. Then the paper discussed the system requirements of BEPS, and described the functions of each subsystem definition and business processes in the BEPS. At the third part of this paper, the author discussed the system architecture design and software technology design features, and at the end of the paper, a system development summary is proposed and the application prospect of BEPS is forecasted.
