| On the background of globalization, product quality which can be a strategy issue on the improvement of international competition becomes more and more important.From the first development of SW industry to the large scale of SW process nowadays, SW quality assurance has been an integral part along with products R&D. Some common methods have been formed after several stages of SW quality assurance development, such as ISO9000, etc. However, it is not easy to discover a practical and effective methods used in actual business. A set of practical approaches should be formed according to the actual situation, and which should be based on the theoretical analyze and summary.Quality control over the process the R&D is more effective than the verification after that, and in which peer review is a major method. The review is helpful for the SW owner to get the instruction and help form the experts immediately, and deepen his understanding of the work product., it is also helpful for detecting problems in early life cycle of the development and reduce the defects of the final product released. Further more peer review can reduce the workload of the late changes and rework and shorten the project cycle.By using the quality assurance theory analysis and summary of current SW industry, this article is focus on the forming of practical methods on SW quality assurance according to the characters of SW R&D. It tries to find the key points and difficulties in implementation of SW peer review for the specific company character. In response to the above found, specific improvement methods is formed and it shows improvement through quantitative evaluation results. Finally, improvement of software quality and effectiveness of peer review is shown. |
