The E-banking management system is an important part of the online banking system, which main function is to provide a rich data management and a strong transaction monitoring. The E-banking management system is designed to meet the needs of Small and medium commercial banks.It is to solve the issues such as poor interface usability,simple functionality,lacking of data analysis ability and so on.It is a highly efficient data processing platform, can provide users a visual interface. It can help small and medium commercial banks rapidly set up administrator team, improve the efficiency of corporation expansion, and reduce management risks.In this paper, I describe design and implementation process of E-banking management system. Development process steps are as follows. Firstly, we analyzed that the requirement of online banking management system. Secondly, we studied and analyzed the entirety functional requirements and the functional requirements of each module of E-banking management system. Thirdly, we planned and designed of E-banking management system in integrated architecture and structure of each module. In this article, I also described the design and implementation process of E-banking management system common data management module, contract system module, data management module, and querying statistics module. Especially in functions and implementation method of main module were described in detail. Finally, according to the actual testing situation, we described the development of E-banking management system, also need to complete works in the developing process of the system. In the conclusion, the E-banking management system uses a visual interface that ensures the system's usability. It's VB + SQL computer programming, ensures readability and full-featured. It's capabilities of data processing could fit the actual demand. It also laid the first stone for the software in future development, operation and maintenance.
