A Demonstration And A Social Influence Research On The Not-Rational Consumption Of Both Eastern And Western University Students In China

The social problems have been gradually increased in recent years because of thenumbers of the university students. The not-rational consumption behavior is serious inthis field. Why are these students have such a behavior? What is its social affection? Inwhich way, we could induct students to have a good consump habit in order to the socialstabilization and the growth of the undergraduates. Many research groups put aninvestigation on this topic from different point of views and different purposes and drawa conclusion. They conclude that some undergraduates have not-rational behavior ahigher consump lever; a wrong structure; pursued the marked clothes and makeup;buying an expensive mobile and spend much money on invitation and so on. Thedomestic researches put its attention on local area and local university and show localsituation, but seldom have a compared research between two different regions.I have many original data in order to have a compared research betweenHangzhou City and Xining City. I want to find the same and the differ habits of twogroups who came from different cities in the fields of lever, structure and the need of theconsumption.In my article, I show the exhibition form of not-rational consumption. Ithink there are four reasons: the society, the family, the university and the studenthimself. At last, I make some suggestions to educate and lead the students how toconsume correctly. I think that my article could offer some excuses to university andinterrelated department to establish the policy.
