A Study On The Countermeasures And The Inlfuences Of School-age Population Changes On Compulsory Education In Henan Province

With the intensity of the urbanization process, there is an extensive change in theschool age population appears step by step, and shocked and influenced the compulsoryeducation again. How to adapt the new problem of the compulsory education whichbrought by the change of school age population has become an outstanding problem toHenan province even to the most parts of our country, so this essay is based on thepopulation data of Henan province to research the tendency of school age population'sdevelopment, and analyzed the influence to the compulsory education resources andeducation fair.There are four parts totally in this paper: First is the introduction, it includes thequestions, relative conceptions, the statements about the existing research achievementsand the research methods and meaning about this essay. Second, the research basis tothe education influences from the population in Henan province. This essay analyzedthe situation of the population in Henan province and sum up the influence to theeducation from the population, it is also established the foundations to the influences ofthe compulsory education because of the population change. Third, the analysis aboutthe influences of the compulsory education from the school age population in Henanprovince. We have stated the population model and basic data of the research, and weanalyzed the influences to the resources and fairs of compulsory education based on thechange tendency of school age populations. Finally, we gave some suggestions based onthe school age population situation in Henan province.The basic conclusion of this research: the change of the mount and structure of theschool age population's change influenced the compulsory education resources andeducation fair is deeply, we must treat it carefully. So we should hold the chance of thepopulation decrease; popularize the high level compulsory education; adjust the layout the schools with the scientific method; cope with the change of school age population;perfect the system to the teachers' management, promote the teachers in the compulsoryeducation's distribution equally; solve the problems of the flow of children'scompulsory education based on the guiding ideology of equal education.
