The Research Of Education Management Model About Acaddmy In Song Dynasty

Academy, a special mode of educational organization in ancient Chinese feudal society, its emergence and development have had significant impact on the development of the entire Chinese ancient education. Until Song Dynasty, it has been viewed as an educational system; meanwhile, it forms a series of Educational Management features, such as a free and open academy management principle, scientific management by professors, provide education for all people without discrimination, teaching students the ethics at first, various instructional mode, Teacher-student interaction in the teaching mode, and research combined with teaching. These features not only have vital impact on the educational management in Ming and Qing Dynasty, but also supply useful experience for the reform of the current Institutions of higher learning.My thesis will use the History and comparative literature research method, through studying the historical background about the policy, economy, culture, and science in Song Dynasty which have great influence on the development of the College in that dynasty ,and researching on the establishment and development of the educational management of the college in Song Dynasty, to find out useful experience from research to guide today's higher education reform and provide valuable management information.The article is divided into four parts:Introduction, in this part I will briefly elaborate the purpose and significance of topic, and then talk about the colleges and the educational management involved in the article, by the way more attention are paid on the research statement in and abroad about college of Song Dynasty, and ultimately I decide use the research method mentioned above.Section 2, through analyze the reasons such as policy, economy, culture and technology which have great influence on the college of Song dynasty. Also I expound the establishment and development of the educational management of the college in Song Dynasty in this part.Section 3, through combined with the definition of the college's educational management mode, I conclude the characteristics of colleges of Song Dynasty in College administrative and Teaching management.Section 4,on the basis of analyzing of the teaching of management features of the college education of the Song Dynasty, I will talk over the influence on the teaching management of Yuan and Qing Dynasty and Higher education nowadays respectively.
