Elementary education is the most important part of educational work.However,Chinese education is the basis of elementary and national education.The 21stcentury is the quickly developing period,Chinese economic,art,science and technology have changed a lot. Elementary education development needs to improve quality education.There are middleer and newer requirements for the Chinese teachers'quality.The professional growth of Teachers,a key trend in the development of teacher career internationally,is one of the central topics in the reform of current teachers'education.The professional growth of Chinese Teachers is an important part of Teachers'professional growth..It refers to the entire Chinese language teachers teaching career,proactively in Chinese through lifelong education and teaching practice,and constantly update his knowledge of the Chinese professional affective education,access to Chinese education and teaching of professional knowledge,improve education and teaching of the Chinese professional competence continuous process.Research on middle school Chinese teacher professional growth has important theoretical and practical significanceThe topic study is based on the basis of related theories of Marxist philophy,education and educational-culture,analysing comprehensively the theories of home-and-abroad teachers' professional development,combining the special features of professional development of Middle-school Chinese teachers.The thesis mainly reserches four supreme teachers Ms.Yuyi,Mr.Qian Menglong,Mr.Cheng Xiang,Mr.Cheng Hongbing,who have special personal factors and widen influence in the current Middle School teaching area,in order to find out the regular pattern of experiences.The main ideas and content are as following:First,from Ms.Yu Yi,Mr.Qian Menglong,Mr.Cheng Xiang,Mr.Cheng Hongbing four middle school Supreme teachers' growth's course embarks,unifies the connotation which the teacher grows,to affects their specialized growth the internal factor to conduct the research, the research involves special-class teacher's rich professional emotion,strong theoretical attainment,reasonable specialized knowledge structure,strong specialized ability and self-specialized growing awareness.Secondly,the thesis analysises the factors of Supreme teachers' professional growth and the growth of means.Its external influencing factors are: the historical background,education policy,school management,keyman and key events.The growing means are:broadening horizons through enough reading,enhance the capacity of teaching;improve the level of education and teaching by a wealth of teaching practice and teaching in-depth reflection;actively take part in teaching groups and teaching and research activities to improve professional standards.Thirdly,the thesis discusses the most important factor of the Supreme teachers' growth——the main teachers of play,meanwhile give the current Chinese middle school teachers some ideas on how to play the principal of promoting their own professional growth.Finally,the research discusses cultivating professional growth of teachers of teacher education from the pre-teacher education,job training and post-Master of Education in promoting the three areas.Although Middle School Chinese Supreme teachers have their own features,their growth processes reflect some regularity contents.Chinese teachers can objectively recognize themselves and design professional planned.The purpose of this study for more Chinese middle school teachers learn from professional growth and promotion of the role play.
