With the rapid development of science and technology, accelerating the process of globalization, the rapid changes in society, China today is more than it needs to develop innovation awareness, even to admire enterprise spirit. Because of the comprehensive national strength and the core competitiveness are all reflected on the human resources, the results of wisdom, and the control capability and performance, even of the possession and undergoing of the intellectual property rights.Innovation and enterprise education is the era of the 21st century, innovation education is the ideological basis of enterprise education, on the other hand, enterprise education is the further extension and exquisite of innovation education, is the value of innovation education. It's initial to train the innovation spirit and enterprise skills of the young generation, if only our country appeal to the realization of human resources.According to the situation of economy institution, and the revolution of education, it is quite essential to carry out the approach of innovation education and enterprise education, it is not only the epoch appeals, but also the trend of social development, as well.
