Study on village elites once flourished in nineteen eighties, as a point to research the rural society. These years, this kind of research is gradually declining. However, to'a perspective of rural society'research on how elites play a role is necessary. From the giving writing works, research about rural technical elites is rare, less than works on rural political elites, rural economical elites and rural social elites.Therefore, this paper will put generation to generation rural doctors as observing and studying objects, in ord to research their life experience from land reforming in1947to reforming and opening today, via displaying family life history generation by generation. This period of social change as the background, show the social reasons of rural technical elites intergenerational continuity, find the different roles they play and the continuation of elite status. This paper focuses on rural technical elites this'forgotten'group, and summary their living situations in Chinese history as well as the extension mechanism. It will contract into study on rural political elites,rural economical elites and rural social elites, and make up the research blank about rural technical elites.Thus, this paper will be divided into the following partial unfolding. In the first chapter, it mainly elaborates research reason, research review and analysis, research methods and concepts, and introduction about A town and its medical. The second chapter reviews different elites' different life from land reform in1947to now, work for background discussing and contract with rural technical elites. It will analyze how rural doctors living well after land reform in1947, to explore behind reasons exiting in their continuing elites status. The fourth chapter explains rural doctors'inheritance in'"Great Cultural Revolution". By their life story in the special time, find the reason for their maintaining elite status. In the fifth chapter it will demonstrate rural doctors'life after reforming and opening, to find their new elites status and continuity and regeneration. The last part is composed of conclusion and rethinking. It serves for summarizing research achievements of this article, dialoging with giving works and rethinking deficiencies and shortcomings during research. In the end, this article will give out such conclusion that in rural society last for generations is only rural technical elites can do. Compared to other rural elites, rural technical elites, owing to their own technology, are less affected by social environment. Thus, it is easier for them to regeneration and rebirth, and easier to keep their elite status.
