On The Research Of Rural Elite Cultivation In New Rural Consfruction

With the proposal of the new rural area and the deepening of the reform in ruralarea, issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers have drawn lots ofattention in the society. Economy, life and modern construct in rural areas get thesupport from both government and societies, which play important roles to itsdevelopment. While outside support is important, the inner power is also key point toits construction and development. The elites in rural areas is the inner power to itsdeveloping, thus the education to these people is the only way to achieve rural areasdevelopment.Under the background of new rural areas construction, this thesis, in view ofelites theory, investigates and summarizes the three modes of elites people in Jilinprovince, according the research and interviews to this areas and people here. Thethree modes are as follows: elite’s modes dominated by special agriculture, elitesmodes dominated by special industry and the one dominated by the third industry.This thesis firstly analyses and summarizes the situation where the elite peoplesimulates economic development and then find that there are also many difficulties inthis progress. This thesis will analyze in detail the difficulties in the progress so as togive several available suggestions to its development.In this thesis, the society needs the elite people, the individuals and modelfunction among them are very important to the future development of the rural areas.Therefore, the education of elite people and the outside support are necessary. Weshould first solve the difficulties the elite people facing in their work and thencontinues to perfect the elite people themselves and the outside situation so that wecan strengthen their model function. The elite people will be more and more powerfulto make their own contribution to the construction of new rural areas under the systemof getting support from everywhere of the society.
